Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion,chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped (optional)
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- (2) 10 ounces tomato soup
- (2) 10.5 ounces can of water
- (2) 6 ounces tomato paste
- to taste - salt and pepper
- to taste - red pepper (optional)
- 8 ounces sharp chedder cheese, shredded
- 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked
How To Make goulash (large batch)

Step 1Boil macaroni. Brown ground beef with onion, celery and peppers, drain fat. Add rest of ingredients - except the cheese. Add to cooked macaroni. Mix well.

Step 2Put all in a 9x13 baking dish. Top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 min or 375 for 30 min.
