coconut layered bars
This is my Mom's recipe, accept I have adapted it by just laying the graham crackers on top of the butter instead of using graham cracker crumbs, as in the original recipe. This is easy and so very good. Mom used to make this for the holidays.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 5 honey graham crackers
- 1 bag coconut
- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- pecans, in pieces
- 1 can eagle brand milk
How To Make coconut layered bars

Step 1In a 9 x 13" pan, melt butter ( I usually just put it in the oven while it is preheating). Lay the graham crackers on top of the melted butter until you have a layer on the bottom of the pan. Add the rest of the ingredients, in order, evenly over each layer. Pour the eagle brand milk over the top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
