INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 pound whole wheat elbow macaroni (or any other kind of pasta)

2 small sweet potatoes, microwaved or baked until soft
•
2 1/2 cups milk (I used whole)
•
3/4 cup pasta water
•
3/4 cup plain yogurt
•
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1/4-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
•
3 cups grated cheese (I used a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
•
1 cup bread crumbs
•
1 teaspoon olive oil
•
Optional: 1 tablespoon dried parsley
