Makes about 3 dozen. Mom made these at Christmas time, Dad really liked these. He used to call them horse balls. This cookie is a favorite of Robert's also.

- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 tablespoons clover honey, strained
- 1 cup all purpose flour, sifted
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - confectioners' sugar
How To Make mexican wedding cookies or russian tea cakes

Step 1Cream margarine, stir in honey. Add flour, salt, vanilla and pecans Mix thoroughly.

Step 2Form balls the size of a small walnut. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 300 for about 20 minuets or until delicately browned.

Step 3Roll immediately in confectioner's sugar. Cool-roll again in sugar.
