Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- SALAD
- 1 large head of broccoli
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 6 ounces canadian bacon
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
How To Make broccoli salad

Step 1Mix dressing together in a bowl until smooth. Taste-just to see if it needs a little extra vinegar or sugar( you can also use a store bought coleslaw dressing)

Step 2Rinse off broccoli, drain, cut off the majority of the large stem, make very small flowerettes by cutting the stems until you get to the broccoli and making it smaller and smaller. You can also use part of the stem part. I just cut it into very small pieces.

Step 3Add the broccoli and the rest of the ingredients, toss, refrigerate until ready to use.
