1 Tbspbaking powder

2 tspsugar

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/4 ccold butter, diced

1 cmilk - dairy or other

cinnamon-sugar mixture

1/4 csoftened butter

1/3 choney
How To Make cinnamon honey butter biscuits

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a 8" square baking dish with cooking spray.

2Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly using a pastry cutter or a fork. Stir in milk just until moistened.

3Sprinkle additional sugar on the work surface and scrape dough onto sugar. Sprinkle with more sugar and pat down with your hands until it's about a 7" diameter round.

4Use a glass or biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits, re-shaping the round as necessary to cut additional biscuits (You'll get 9-11). Transfer biscuits to prepared pan and sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 14-16 minutes, or until golden brown.

5HONEY BUTTER: Combine honey and butter in a small food processor or blender. Pulse until combined. Smother on warm cinnamon biscuits. Store leftovers in an airtight container on the countertop for up to a week, or in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
