How To Make cinnamon honey butter biscuits
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a 8" square baking dish with cooking spray.
-
Step 2Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly using a pastry cutter or a fork. Stir in milk just until moistened.
-
Step 3Sprinkle additional sugar on the work surface and scrape dough onto sugar. Sprinkle with more sugar and pat down with your hands until it's about a 7" diameter round.
-
Step 4Use a glass or biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits, re-shaping the round as necessary to cut additional biscuits (You'll get 9-11). Transfer biscuits to prepared pan and sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 14-16 minutes, or until golden brown.
-
Step 5HONEY BUTTER: Combine honey and butter in a small food processor or blender. Pulse until combined. Smother on warm cinnamon biscuits. Store leftovers in an airtight container on the countertop for up to a week, or in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
