Ingredients

  • 4-6 - pork chops
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup rice, raw
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, granulated
  • 1/4 - green pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chives, dried

How To Make pork chops with rice

  • Step 1
    Brown pork chops on each side in a pan with lid (do not cover with lid) Take out chops and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Add all the rest of the ingredients in the pan, stir. Place the chops on top of the mixture, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
