yujacha (citron tea)

Not sure this is really a recipe, as it's just the concentrate and the water. But this tea is too good to pass up! I found the concentrate at my local Asian store. In Korea, this is the cure for the cold and stuffy noses! I'm sure it will cure many other things, as this is the ultimate comfort beverage! So, so good!!! Citron is actually Yuzu, which is very difficult to find here in the U.S. This is as good as it gets - and way better than using the bottled Yuzu juice and adding honey. Don't pass this one up!
