Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cups pecans, halved
How To Make sugared pecans

Step 1Line a large baking sheet with sides with aluminum foil. Pour the butter onto the lined sheet.

Step 2In a mixing bowl, whip the eggs whites until frothy, but not stiff. Stir in sugar, cinnamon and pecans until the pecans are fully coated. Spread this mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 350, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for 10 to 15 minutes before eating. Store in a ziplock bag, if you have any left!
