This recipe is from Ken and Brenda's grandma, Mardelle. She made this every holiday.

Ingredients
- 1 small lemon cook and serve pudding
- 1 pint whipping cream, whipped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 package mini marshmallows
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- 1 large can pineapple tidbits
How To Make lemon chiffon salad

Step 1Drain pineapple and drink juice, you do not need it for this recipe.

Step 2Mix and cook the pudding according to directions on the box, cover with plastic wrap and cool completely.

Step 3Whip the cream and add the sugar then add the marshmallows. When the pudding is cool, mix all of the ingredients in a bowl (Mardelle used to use an ice cream bucket with a lid instead of a bowl) and refrigerate overnight.
