This recipe is from Ken and Brenda's grandma, Mardelle. She made this every holiday.

Ingredients

  • 1 small lemon cook and serve pudding
  • 1 pint whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 package mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup walnut pieces
  • 1 large can pineapple tidbits

How To Make lemon chiffon salad

  • Step 1
    Drain pineapple and drink juice, you do not need it for this recipe.
  • Step 2
    Mix and cook the pudding according to directions on the box, cover with plastic wrap and cool completely.
  • Step 3
    Whip the cream and add the sugar then add the marshmallows. When the pudding is cool, mix all of the ingredients in a bowl (Mardelle used to use an ice cream bucket with a lid instead of a bowl) and refrigerate overnight.
