summer squash w/ bacon

Ingredients
- 3 - yellow summer squash, sliced thin
- 2 - slices of bacon
- 1/4 - onion, sliced
- - salt and pepper
How To Make summer squash w/ bacon

Step 1Cut up bacon into small pieces. Fry the bacon in a medium size frying pan until crisp. Take out the bacon to drain, leaving the fat in the pan

Step 2Add the sliced onions and summer squash to the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fry/steam( if you have a lid you can put it on for a few minutes) in the pan, on medium heat, turning the squash occasionally with a turner, cook until the squash is tender and some lightly brown. Place in a serving bowl and top with crisp bacon, serve.
