This is so good-I have taken this to office parties and other celebrations. Something I have not tried and that is to use fresh herbs if you have them

Ingredients
- 1 package hidden valley ranch mix
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 package spinach, frozen, chopped, cooked, drained
- 2 tablespoons onions, finely diced
- 3/4 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 can water chestnuts, diced
- 1 - sourdough bread, round, not sliced
How To Make spinach dip

Step 1Mix the ranch mix, sour cream, spinach, onion, basil, oregano, and water chestnuts in a bowl, Chill

Step 2Cut off the top of the bread, hollow out with spoon, cube the bread that you took out of the bowl

Step 3Place the chilled dip in the bread bowl and place on a serving platter add the remaining cubes around the bowl to use with the dip, serve and enjoy
