Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons ketchup, divided
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
How To Make skillet meatloaf

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the first eleven (11) ingredients. Add 1 Tablespoon of the ketchup and mix with hands until well combined. Form into eight (8) patties.

Step 2In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat Add patties and cook, flipping every four (4) minutes or so and reducing heat as necessary, until patties reach an internal temperature of 160º--it will take about ten (10) minutes per side.

Step 3Remove patties from skillet to plate and tent with foil.

Step 4Return the skillet to medium heat and add brown sugar and the remaining two (2) Tablespoons ketchup. Cook until bubbling and sugar is dissolved, 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 5Spread glaze over tops of patties and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
