Ingredients
- 6 - avocados, ripe
- 6 tablespoons onions, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 medium fresh roma tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 1 - lime, juiced
How To Make guacomole

Step 1Cut avacados is half, discard seed, scoop out the meat with a spoon, dicard the rind and place the meat in a bowl then mash with fork or put in food processor

Step 2Add the onion, salt, lime juice, cilantro and mix together

Step 3Place guacamole in a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
