How To Make spritz

• Step 1
  Cream butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl until fluffy. Add the egg, salt and almond extract, mix. Add the flour and mix. Dough will be stiff.
• Step 2
  If you want to color your dough, now is the time. I usually color part of the dough green for the trees and red for poinsettias, or just leave plain. Start by adding a little color, mix and then if you need more, add more.
• Step 3
  Put the dough in a cookie press with the appropriate design template. Press the cookie right on the cookie sheet and then decorate. Bake at 400 for 6 minutes.
