garlic salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

1 – 2 c. sour cream
•
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (or less, depending on your taste)

4 Roma tomatoes, diced
•
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
•
1 – 16-oz. can re-fried beans
•
2 c. shredded cheddar or Mexican-style cheese blend
•
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
