Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds pot roast
- 2 packages dry onion soup mix
- - worcestershire sauce
- - potatoes, peeled, cut
- 1 pound carrots, peeled, sliced
- - onions.cut
- to taste - salt and pepper
How To Make pot roast

Step 1Brown the roast in vegetable oil, both sides in electric skillet on low.

Step 2Add onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce and water, turn up to 250.

Step 3Continue to add water so pan is not dry for 2 hours or so.

Step 4Add vegetables when there is about an hour cooking time left. Note: 3 to 4 lbs. = 2 1/2 to 3 hours total cooking time
