Another extremely easy recipe from the people at Kroger. The kids will love it because it's a "magic" pie--the Bisquick makes its own crust. 11-25-2017

Ingredients

  • 1-2/3 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, cut up
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup original bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 - egg

How To Make easy chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400º. In an ungreased 9-in. pie plate, stir vegetables, chicken and soup.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  • Step 3
    Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  • Step 4
    For a change, use cream of celery soup instead of chicken soup. Experiment!
