Ingredients

6 - good sized sweet potatoes or 4 cans
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
TOPPING
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans, in pieces
1/3 cup flour

How To Make sweet potato bake

Step 1

Cook sweet potatoes, peel and then mash or use canned, drain, then mash

Step 2

Mix potatoes with other ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish.
Step 3

Mix the topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
