vanilla pudding
Better than boxed pudding and I can also make it sugar free easily. This is the recipe that I used to make a banana cream pie and banana pudding. It is so good and you may recognize the flavor once you taste it. Use the reserved egg whites for meringue.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cups milk
- 3 egg yolks, reserve whites
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
How To Make vanilla pudding

Step 1Separate the egg yolks and reserve the egg whites.

Step 2Combine sugar, salt, cornstarch, and flour together in a large microwaveable bowl. Whisk egg yolks and 1/4 cup of the milk together then add the remaining milk. Cook in microwave, stirring every 2 minutes until very bubbly (about 8 minutes depending on microwave) Add vanilla and cool.
