- 1 head remiane lettuce, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 4 stribacon, fried and crumbled
- DRESSING
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash of pepper

Step 1Combine all the indgredients for the salad items

Step 2For the dressing: in a shaker jar, combine dressing ingredients and shake to mix. Just before servingt pour over salad and to toss to coat.
