deviled eggs
I have made these for every holiday since I can remember, a family favorite.

Yields a dozen appetizers, the way you all eat them this probably makes about 3-4 servings
Ingredients
- 6 - eggs
- 3 tablespoons miracle whip
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish or my homemade sweet pickles, chopped
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- dash paprika
How To Make deviled eggs

Step 1Cover eggs with water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes. Shut off heat, cover with lid and let sit for 15 minutes. Run cold water over eggs to cool. Peel off shell .

Step 2Cut eggs in half (lengthwise). Place the yolks in a separate bowl and place the whites on a plate or serving platter.

Step 3Smash the yolks with a fork until fine or put in a small food processor

Step 4Add the rest of the ingredients with the yolks, stir well. Taste a small amount to see if you need to add vinegar or mustard, etc.

Step 5Fill the egg whites with a heaping teaspoon of the yolk mixture

Step 6Sprinkle paprika over the eggs.

Step 7Cover and refrigerate until served.
