pie crust cookies
I remember eating this when my Grandma Loucks made it for me and usually after she had made some pies. I have kept up the tradition and all of you love it. So, please pass this onto your children, nieces, and nephews, etc. It was always hand made with love.

How To Make pie crust cookies
-
Step 1You can use my pie crust recipe or buy one in the refrigerated isle. Lay crust on baking sheet. Spread with the butter(I usually just use my fingers). Combine the sugar and cinnamon together and then sprinkle some of it on the crust. Keep the rest for a later use. Bake at 375 for about 10-15 minutes until it is a golden brown. Using a pizza cutter, cut into pieces.
