- 2 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
How To Make cream biscuits

Step 1Oven to 450 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Stir ingredients until soft, sticky ball. It will seem wet at first. On very lightly floured surface, knead with well floured hands about 3 times, just until dough comes together. Pat to 1/2" thickness. Cut out biscuits with 2 1/2" round cutter. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
