This is Jennifer's version of lasagna that she created! She uses lots of garlic powder.

- 1 pound rigatoni pasta, cooked
- 32 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 16 ounces mozzarella cheese
- to taste - artichoke hearts, canned
- 1 large onions, chopped
- to taste - garlic powder
- to taste - salt and pepper
How To Make mock lasagana by jennifer

Step 1Boil rigatoni, drain and set aside. Saute onion with garlic powder, salt and pepper. In a large pot while heating spaghetti sauce, stir in rigatoni and sauteed onion. Add ricotta cheese.

Step 2Place mixture in a 9x13 baking dish Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minuets. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 5 minuets or until cheese has melted.
