avocado "mayo"
Of course it has nothing in common with Mayo except the name borrowing. It tastes better and has much better nutrition (avocados are amazingly healthy). On the down side this is far from being low calorie, but then, mayo packs a lot of them as well.

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 tspfine sea salt

1 Tbspmilk, any kind you wish. add more if you want it thinner
How To Make avocado "mayo"

1Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix until well incorporated. Store in fridge up to one week.
