Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 3-4oz jars carrot baby food
- nuts, if desired
- 1 recipe of cream cheese frosting
How To Make carrot sheet cake

Step 1Mix the ingredients in the same order as given in the list. Bake in a prepared 1" deep sheet pan for 20-30 minutes until you can lightly touch the center of the cake and it will spring back.

Step 2Use my cream cheese frosting recipe to ice it with after it has cooled completely and sprinkle it with a few chopped nuts.
