spaghetti with meat sauce
This is our favorite version of spaghetti.The hard boiled eggs originated from Grandma Sue Colkitt due to the catholic tradition of no meat on Friday. The eggs substituted for meatballs.

Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- (2) 24 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large green pepper, diced (optional)
- 15 ounces mushrooms, whole (optional)
- 6-12 - eggs, hard boiled,peeled (optional)
- to taste - garlic powder
- to taste - salt and pepper
How To Make spaghetti with meat sauce

Step 1Brown ground beef with the onions and peppers. Season with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Drain grease.

Step 2Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms & eggs. Simmer to enhance flavor.

Step 3Boil spaghetti noodles then drain.

Step 4Dish up a portion of noodles on a plate, then cover with sauce. Top with parmesan cheese.
