Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 5 teaspoons 2% milk
- 1/2 cup shredded colby cheese
- 2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped fine
- 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 5 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
How To Make bacon quiche tarts

Step 1Preheat the oven to 375º F.

Step 2In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and milk together until smooth.

Step 3Add eggs, cheese, green pepper and onion.

Step 4Separate the crescent roll dough into eight triangles and press into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin pan.

Step 5Sprinkle half of the bacon into muffin cups; pour the egg mixture over that, and top with remaining bacon.

Step 6Bake uncovered at 375º for 18-22 minutes or until done. Serve warm.
