Ingredients: 1 box (18.3 oz) Fudge Brownie Mix 9whatever brand you prefer) with the recipe from the box ingredients for Cake-like Brownies; Note: if the boxed brownie mix doesn't have a recipe for cakelike brownies use 1/4 water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, and 2 eggs to an 18.3-ounce box of brownie mix; 1 cup shredded zucchini (I put mine in a food processor); Options: refer to the mix-ins under notes; Garnish with homemade or canned frosting, just a dusting of powdered sugar, or refer to the notes for other suggestions
