½ cup balsamic vinegar

⅓ cup Soy Sauce

2½ tablespoons sugar (brown or white)

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tsp fresh grated ginger (optional)
•
2 tbsp Sriracha or 1 tsp red pepper flakes (Note 2)
