I have made this for myself for years and is a quick breakfast. You can use any kind of fruit besides strawberries, use your imagination. Do not replace the banana it is what makes this smoothie thick.

- 1 medium banana
- 4-5 - strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup milk
How To Make smoothie

Step 1In a blender, pour milk, add banana and strawberries. Blend for about 2 minutes until thick. Pour into glass and enjoy.
