Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- ICING
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- EASIER DIRECTIONS
- 1 sugar free cake mix
How To Make pineapple pecan cake

Step 1Mix the butter and sugar together, add eggs, stir. Add pineapple and juice, pecans, soda, and flour. Mix.

Step 2Put batter in a prepared 9 x 13" pan and bake for 50 minutes at 350. Cool cake.

Step 3Icing: Mix butter and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, stir. Frost cooled cake, sprinkle with more pecans. Enjoy!

Step 4Easier directions: Mix cake mix as per instructions, but drain the pineapple and use the juice for the liquid in mix, use 1/2 cup butter instead of oil. Add vanilla.
