Ingredients
- 1 bag salad mix
- 2 - celery stalks, washed and diced
- 1/2 - pepper, green, diced
- 1/2 - onion, purple, diced
- 1 package peas, green, frozen
- 1 1/2 cups miracle whip
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar or 2 pkg of truvia
- 5 - eggs, hard boiled
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 ounces bacon bits, real,
How To Make fresh layered salad

Step 1Boil eggs, cover eggs with water in a small pan, bring to boil, boil 10 minutes, drain hot water, add cool water to pan to cool eggs, peel eggs and dice

Step 2In a glass 9"x 13" pan, place chopped salad mix. Add celery, green pepper, onion, and green peas, sprinkling evenly over each layer.

Step 3Mix the Miracle Whip, sour cream and sugar together in a small bowl. Carefully spread over peas.

Step 4Layer the diced eggs, cheese, and bacon bits, refrigerate until ready to serve. I usually make this in the morning for the evening meal or make the day ahead. This lasts for a couple of days, refrigerated
