This recipe required you to cook the sausage first(some recipes just have you mix the raw sausage in with the dry)-I love the way these taste!

Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage, cooked, crumbled, and drained
- 4 tablespoons butter,, melted
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make sausage appetizers

Step 1Cook the sausage until crumbly and pour unto a couple of paper towels to drain the grease, melt butter. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and stir together. You can either drop by cookie scoop unto prepared pan or you can make little muffins in muffin tins. Bake at 375 until light brown 15-20 minutes.
