Brenda and I both love this salad and it is a must for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. My Mom acquired this recipe from Evelyn Sieps-my Dad's side of the family.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces cranberries, fresh
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 4 cups marshmallows, mini
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces
How To Make cranberry salad

Step 1Use a food processor to grind your cranberries(about 1/2 bag, sorted and rinsed) In a nice bowl, stir your cranberries and sugar together, cover and chill.

Step 2Whip your whip cream and add the marshmallows, cover and chill. Chill both mixtures for 2 hours. Drain the pineapple while other ingredients are chilling.

Step 3Combine both mixtures, add the pineapple and pecans, stir, cover, refrigerate overnight.
