Ingredients
- (2) 15 ounces salmon, canned
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups liquid from salmon/plus milk to equal needed measurement
- 3 cups cracker crumbs, fine
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped or dehydrated onions
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes, dry
- to taste - salt and pepper
How To Make salmon loaf

Step 1Take skin off and bones out of salmon, then flake.

Step 2Mix rest of ingredients into the salmon

Step 3Lightly put mixture in a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Do not press mixture down

Step 4Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

Step 5Optional: garnish with lemons or squeeze lemon juice on top
