Ingredients

  • (2) 15 ounces salmon, canned
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups liquid from salmon/plus milk to equal needed measurement
  • 3 cups cracker crumbs, fine
  • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped or dehydrated onions
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes, dry
  • to taste - salt and pepper

How To Make salmon loaf

  • Step 1
    Take skin off and bones out of salmon, then flake.
  • Step 2
    Mix rest of ingredients into the salmon
  • Step 3
    Lightly put mixture in a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Do not press mixture down
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  • Step 5
    Optional: garnish with lemons or squeeze lemon juice on top
