- - onions, chopped
- - seasoning salt
- - pepper
- - vegetable oil
How To Make fried potatoes

Step 1In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and onions. May have to add a little more oil on top to make sure all is coated Season with a lot of seasoning salt and some pepper.

Step 2May have to turn heat down to medium so the potatoes don't burn. Stir occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown.
