milk and honey- coffee ice cubes
Oh so simple and a delightful way to enjoy your coffee. I highly suggest using silicone trays when you freeze frozen treats. the items pop right out without any work at all.

3-4 (prep trime is freezing time. can be 2 hrs to over night as you prefer)
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons honey -or maple syrup if you prefer.
- 1 cup cold coffee – stick your morning brewed coffee in the fridge in a pitcher and save until cubes freeze
- 1/3 cup milk – your milk of choice (i used almond milk)
How To Make milk and honey- coffee ice cubes

Step 1Drop some honey into the bottom of each ice cube mold. If you like a sweeter coffee use more honey to taste. In a measuring cup, mix 1 cup of cold coffee and 1/3 cup of milk.

Step 2Pour the coffee and milk mixture into the ice cube tray. Freeze for 2-3 hours.

Step 3Pop the coffee ice cubes out of the tray and put as many as you like in a glass. Pour refrigerated cold coffee over the coffee ice cubes and enjoy.
