Ingredients
- 2 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup panko crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon tarragon, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make tarragon chicken

Step 1Melt butter and set aside

Step 2Combine Panko crumbs, mustard, garlic powder, tarragon, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Toss

Step 3Cut the chicken in half lengthwise, dip in the butter and then in the crumb mixture;press into chicken, then place on pan, sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top of chicken after all the pieces are breaded. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
