4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 red bell pepper, sliced
8 ounces green beans, trimmed and halved
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons honey
2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 large lemon)
