4 garlic cloves, pressed or minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste (A pinch to ½ tsp- add less if you do not like spicy.)

1 Tbsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp fennel seed
•
1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

½ tsp ground sage

1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
