Dad requested that I get this recipe after he ate it at a pot luck dinner. It is one of his favorites.

Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- VEGETABLES
- 1 can french-style green beans
- 1 can green peas
- 1 can white shoepeg corn
- 1 bunch green onions, cleaned and sliced thinly
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1-2 ounce jar pimentos, diced
How To Make marinated vegetable salad

Step 1Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a small pan, bring to a boil, cool while prepping the vegetables.

Step 2Drain all the vegetables that are canned, including the pimentos. In a nice bowl, add all the vegetables. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving.
