Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 32 ounces tomato juice
- 3 cans tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
- 3 cans kidney beans, canned
- to taste - chili powder
- to taste - salt and pepper
How To Make chili con carne (large batch)

Step 1Brown ground beef with onion, drain fat

Step 2Add rest of ingredients.

Step 3Allow to simmer until desired thickness.
