20 Minute Garlic Chicken Recipe

1 tablespoon chopped garlic
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 medium lemon (quartered (optional, serve on the side))
1 tablespoon heaping tablespoon of flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
