Ingredients
- FILLING
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup cherry juice
- 2 cups cherries, canned, drained
- - butter, to dot with
- CRUST
- - 1 top & 1 bottom
How To Make cherry pie

Step 1Blend cornstarch, sugar and salt Add cherry juice Cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly Add canned cherries

Step 2Turn into pastry lined 8" pan Dot with butter Place top crust over filling, seal and flute

Step 3Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then at 375 for 25-35 minutes
