For the fish

2 (4-ounce) mild-flavored fish fillets (I used tilapia)

3 tablespoons butter, melted
•
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
•
2 teaspoons chipotle chili pepper (or another dried, spicy pepper)

2 teaspoons dehydrated minced garlic
•
2 teaspoons dried thyme
•
1-1/2 teaspoons dried mustard
•
1 teaspoon onion powder
•
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
