1 400g tin Chopped Tomatoes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
1 Red Chilli (deseeded and chopped)
1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Sugar
3 tbsp Capers
1/2 Lemon (juiced)
Parsley (chopped, to serve)
