3-4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or tamari*

1/4 cup water or chicken/veggie broth for more flavor
•
1 tbsp rice vinegar
•
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
•
1-2 tbsp sriracha
•
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
•
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
•
Optional: 2 tsp chili garlic sauce and or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
