INGREDIENTS
200 g Tinned Salmon (skinless and boneless)
2 Eggs
45 g Panko Breadcrumbs
1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
10 g Dill (chopped)
Small bunch Parsley
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Brioche Buns (to serve)
Oil (for frying)
200 g Greek Yoghurt
1 tsp Garlic (crushed (add more if you like it garlicky))
